By joining "La Famiglia D'Andrea Wine Club"  You agree to the following terms and conditions...​
Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. You agree to receive and pay for all scheduled club shipments during this minimum term. Members must be at least 21 years of age. By joining, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for membership fees, wine shipments, taxes, shipping, and any other applicable charges.  If you cancel your membership before completing the required three-month minimum term, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.  If your membership includes or allows in-store pickup, we will hold your wines for up to 30 days.  If wines are not picked up within 30 days, we will automatically ship them to the address on file and bill the card on file. . Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or physical letter). Cancellation requests made after a billing cycle has begun will apply to the next cycle.  After completing the three-month minimum term, you may cancel anytime without penalty.  You agree to keep your billing information up to date, ensure your delivery address is correct, comply with all federal and state laws. We reserve the right to modify pricing, shipment schedules, membership benefits, or these terms. Members will be notified of any material changes.  We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
