Jackson Petty - Guitar
Jackson Petty, a guitarist at Hamilton High, a performing arts school, plans to continue his music education in New York City. Jackson is a grand prize finalist in the Music Center's Spotlight competition, a JEXA Emerging Artist grant recipient, a Winner with Distinction in YoungArts, and has played across the country with the likes of the Next Generation Jazz Orchestra and The Herbie Hancock Institute.
Jackson's goal is to establish himself as a respected jazz musician while pursuing his passion for arranging and composing music for different genres.
Jackson loves to play his guitar in different settings, such as jazz jam sessions, open mics, school projects, jamming with friends, and performing with his trio.
